Job summary

Urja Infra seeks an experienced Project Manager Electrical to lead end-to-end MSEDCL/MSEB electrical infrastructure and utility shifting projects. You will oversee HT/LT line works, transformer erection, cable laying, and related activities, coordinating with officials for approvals and completions.

The role requires Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with extensive field execution experience, strong planning, leadership, and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 710 years of experience in Electrical Project Execution.
• Experience in MSEDCL/MSEB projects, utility shifting, HT/LT lines, DTC, transformers and electrical infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end execution of MSEB/MSEDCL utility shifting and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with MSEDCL officials for approvals, shutdowns, inspections, testing and clearances.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors and labour teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare project progress reports.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools and equipment at site.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Planning and Accounts departments.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specs, safety standards and MSEDCL requirements.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants and government authorities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, DPR, MIS, work progress reports and completion records.

• Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in MSEDCL/MSEB projects, utility shifting, HT/LT lines, DTC, transformers, and electrical infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, manpower management, and client coordination.
• Experience in handling multiple project sites will be an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, ERP/Odoo, and project reporting will be preferred.
