Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Project Manager - Traction Power Systems to lead customer projects for traction substations. You will organise project tasks, ensure timely material delivery, and maintain active client communication across international teams.

Candidates should have 4+ years in electrical project management, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and strong skills in leadership, contract management, and ERP systems (Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems.
• Experience as a project manager in electrical fields preferred.
• Railway or traction power experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Responsible for the realisation of customers projects for our traction substation activity


• Organise and manage all the tasks related to the project including team project follow up


• Ensure material delivery in accordance with the customer contract (quality, cost, delay and performance)


• Accountable for constant communication with your client during the project


• 3 years successful experience as project manager in electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machine, railway, traction power, etc.) (preferred). Railway or traction power experience a plus.

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering.

Skills

• Ability to be a team leader as well as a team player


• Contract management, understanding of legal terms


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with international colleagues (mainly Europe).


• Knowledge and proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle is a plus).
