Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Manager for Traction Power Systems (SHIN) to lead customer projects in our traction substation activities. You will organize tasks, coordinate with international colleagues mainly in Europe, ensure timely material delivery per contract, and maintain clear communication with clients.

A background of electrical engineering and at least four years in electrical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems.
• Experience in project management in electrical field is preferred (railway/traction power).
• Strong communication and collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Realise customer projects for traction substation activity.
• Organise and manage all project tasks, including team follow-up.
• Ensure material delivery in accordance with customer contracts (quality, cost, delay).
• Maintain constant communication with clients during the project.

To support the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Bangalore a dynamic and motivated Project Manager – Traction Power Systems – SHIN.

Requirements

• Responsible for the realisation of customers projects for our traction substation activity
• Organise and manage all the tasks related to the project including team project follow up
• Ensure material delivery in accordance with the customer contract (quality, cost, delay and performance)
• . Accountable for constant communication with your client during the project
• 3 years successful experience as project manager in electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machine, railway, traction power, etc.) (preferred) . Railway or traction power experience a plus.

Qualification and Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering.

Skills:

• Ability to be a team leader as well as a team player
• Contract management, understanding of legal terms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with international colleagues (mainly Europe).
• Knowledge and proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle is a plus).
