  • Ensure project milestones and outputs meet agreed objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain clear visibility of project status and risks, communicating proactively to relevant stakeholders — including upward escalation of decisions or trade‑offs where appropriate.
  • Identify and monitor project risks; develop mitigation plans as needed.
  • Create, maintain, and store all project documentation in accordance with version control and access requirements.
  • Ensure project goals, scope, and value are clearly understood by the teams delivering the work and the stakeholders receiving it.
  • Act as a connection point between CDev and other departments, facilitating collaboration and managing dependencies.
  • Use data and stakeholder input to inform decisions, track progress, and assess overall project health.
  • Adapt plans as needed over the project lifecycle, keeping delivery aligned with wider business priorities.
  • Investigate and contribute to department developments in AI, data driven project management and project governance.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to identify complex issues and recommend practical solutions.
