Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead scoping, planning and execution for medical devices projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes hands-on planning, stakeholder engagement, and independent work to reduce burden on internal teams. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Program Management experience in Medical Devices NPD or EU MDR remediation & sustenance engineering.
• Operational knowledge of PDLM tools like Agile, Trackwise or equivalent.
• Hands on experience on Project Planning using tools like MSProject or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Drive operating mechanisms with Baxter’s cross-functions and external suppliers and control execution.
• Develop status dashboards, GANTT charts, project risk charts with mitigations & governing the project execution.
• Establish periodic governance reviews with Baxter leadership to highlight progress, status, technical & project execution risks & mitigations.

Skill Requirements
