Tkil in Pune is seeking a senior-level Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience in mining and bulk material handling EPC projects. You will oversee end-to-end project execution for MHE equipment orders, from planning to delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and suppliers, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely go-lives in SAP/ERP systems. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BE-Mech- Production/Mechanical/Mechatronics required.
• 8-12 years of experience in mining, bulk material handling, or related EPC projects.
• Experience with EPC & Revamp projects in MHE, mining, and cement sectors.

Key Experience:

Project Manager in the mining industry for Coal handling plants and mineral processing industry power plants. Handling projects of Bulk material handling projects of equipments Stacker reclaimers, Crusher Screens, Bucket wheel excavators, feeders, various mining equipment's.

Oversees and directs mining EPC & Revamp projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently and within time & budget.

Job Description

Reponsible for Order execution/project management of various EPC & Revamp Projects & equipment orders for MHE, Mining, and Cement Plants.

Project Planning:

Develop project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct cost-benefit analyses.

Team Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and operations personnel.

Supervise and coordinate site team, contractors and consultants.

Supply Management:

Oversee Supply management including coordinating with suppliers & manufacturing unit and logistics.

Ensure compliance with Quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Identify future risk and mitigate potential cost risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and local communities.

Foster relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards.

Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., safety, environmental, technical).

Develop and implement contingency plans.

Reviewing, Reporting and Monitoring:

Track project performance metrics (e.g., schedule, budget, safety). WBS structure preparation and upload, go live in SAP/ERP system.

Prepare and present monthly & quarterly progress reports to stakeholders. Review of Purchase order and enquiry /offer documents, Commercial terms, obligations, technical scope and deliverables. Planning scheduling of order and set the timelines for each stage

Monitoring the payment follow-up and financial accounting of customer. Cash flow plan. 100% payment collection and get release of all obligations ABG, PBG and any liability as per the contract /PO.
