Job summary

Inductive Quotient Analytics is seeking a proactive project manager to build comprehensive timelines, break goals into daily items, and liaise between clients and internal teams.

You will maintain project documentation, produce regular status updates, track performance metrics, and oversee budget allocation to keep spending within forecasts.

You will spot warning signs, flag schedule slips early, and contribute to fixes before issues grow.

Responsibilities

• Build structured plans translating strategic objectives into weekly and daily milestones.
• Facilitate communication between different groups working on or invested in the same project.
• Create and maintain the central record of what a project has accomplished, what comes next, and how it is tracking.
• Manage the financial side of projects to ensure spending stays within approved limits.
• Recognizing and responding to risks that could affect when work finishes or how much it costs.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and capture detailed notes as liaison between clients and internal teams.

About the role
