Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with exposure to electrical product development to lead cross-functional squads and drive Agile practices across the product lifecycle.

You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, coordinate engineering, design, testing and manufacturing teams, and coach teams in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe to deliver quality on time while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in product development or project management.
• Experience in electrical product development, preferably in electrical equipment or power management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile squads and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align product strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Electrical Engineering, Design, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Industrialization.
• Drive electrical product development activities, ensuring quality, cost, and time-to-market targets.
• Identify and resolve project impediments, risks, and inter-team dependencies.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor squad budgets, development costs, and delivery progress.
