Centrient Pharmaceuticals Netherlands is seeking an IT Project Leader to drive projects from initiation to value realization. The role designs and implements information processes and systems, acting as a Subject Matter Expert while managing the IT portfolio within the pharma domain.

The candidate will ensure CSV compliance, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and lead teams to deliver on time and within budget. Strong intercultural and communication skills are essential.”

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT project leadership in Pharma or Life Sciences sectors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Pharma or related field; MBA/M.Tech preferred.
• SAP PP/QM/ATTP certification is an added advantage; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile desirable.

Purpose of the Role:

The IT project leader leads IT projects from initiation to business value realization, designs and implements information processes and systems, acts as Subject Matter Expert, and develops the portfolio according to IT and business strategy.

Minimum years of experience:

15+ years.

Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree (MBA, M.Tech, or equivalent) is preferred.
• SAP Certification in PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), or ATTP (Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals) is an added advantage.
• Training or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is desirable.

Preferred Industry Background

• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domain experience.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP regulations preferred.
