Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale web and mobile platforms. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, engineering guidance, delivery coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

The Project Lead will work closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, QA, Mobile, DevOps, and Engineering teams to transform business objectives into robust technical solutions while ensuring predictable delivery, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead engineering teams delivering enterprise web and mobile applications.

Product Delivery

• Lead and support sprint planning, technical estimation, task prioritization, and release planning.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, scope changes, and technical debt.
• Ensure predictable execution with a strong focus on quality and customer outcomes.

Technical Architecture

• Review and validate solution architecture for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive API-first and modular platform development.
• Oversee and provide technical guidance for enterprise integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Champion reusable components, shared services, and platform standardization.
• Drive AI-assisted architecture reviews and design validation to improve solution quality, consistency, and engineering productivity.

Required Qualifications
