Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights is seeking professionals with 4-7 years of experience in managing techno-functional teams for delivering sales performance management and incentive compensation engagements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in incentive compensation delivery for life sciences clients and familiarity with commercial operations processes such as alignment and field reporting.

Experience in pharma sales operations and with product-based services firms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience managing techno-functional teams for delivery of sales performance management/incentive compensation engagements.
• Expertise in incentive compensation delivery with life sciences clients.
• Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, and field reporting will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Pharma commercial/sales operations will be preferred.
• Experience of working with firms specializing in product-based services, services firms.
• Expertise in SQL, SAS, R.
• Expertise in Excel and VBA.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly and work under pressure.
• Energetic and able to contribute beyond assigned work.
• Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results.
