Phenom is seeking an experienced Project Head for a major Green Hydrogen project in India. You will lead end-to-end execution from mobilization to commissioning, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery as per contractual obligations.

The role requires 15+ years of total experience, with 10+ years in large industrial projects such as refinery or petrochemical setups. Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, hydrogen, oil & gas, or process plant projects
• Exposure to projects exceeding ₹500-1,000 crore CAPE
