Job summary

Ani Integrated Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced construction and plant expansion leader to oversee large-scale projects in manufacturing environments.

The role requires deep expertise in FMCG/food beverage sectors, CAPEX planning, and effective stakeholder management. You will independently lead site construction activities, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure safety and quality across all phases of major expansions and greenfield/brownfield initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project execution, construction management, and plant expansion projects.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Beverage, Process Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or similar manufacturing industries.
• Experience in PepsiCo / beverage manufacturing projects preferred.
• Strong exposure to CAPEX and manufacturing plant expansion projects.
• Experience in managing greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Management; Project Planning; MEP Systems; HVAC; Utilities; Piping; Mechanical and Electrical Works.
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management; client coordination and stakeholder management; ability to lead large-scale construction at site; strong safety and quality understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale construction activities at site and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Manage contractor and subcontractor teams to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee CAPEX projects and manufacturing plant expansions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
