Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities, including survey, tower foundation, excavation, reinforcement, concreting, tower erection, stringing, and testing.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project procedures.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the project site.
• Prepare project progress reports and conduct review meetings.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.
