How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash flow for projects.
  • Support project managers with data-driven financial insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project control processes and tools.
  • Support in strategic planning and implementation of agreed to programs and plans.
  • Review routine actual cost vs plan on a project-by-project basis.
  • Serve as a Consultant and Advisor to General Manager and Management Team Members.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assure implementation and use to improve business performance.
  • Perform analysis and reviews of proposals, performances, and actions within the BU, and recommend next steps.
  • Assure proper financial reporting as required for the business.
  • Push continuous improvements and cost reductions.
  • Ensure coordination and cooperation with stakeholders and Project Teams

Your Background

CA/CMA/MBA Finance with minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a multinational environment. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and planning skills. Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana Finance Excellent communication and presentation skills. Power BI and Automation Skills (not mandatory)
