Job summary

Aertsen Living is seeking a capable on-site supervisor to enforce our unique interior designs. You will manage carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other stakeholders, ensuring quality workmanship and timely execution.

You will liaise with clients throughout the project, organize materials, and maintain inventory. A diploma in Interiors or B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 1–3 years of experience are preferred. A vibrant, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven work experience.
• Diploma in Interiors or B.Tech in Civil Engineering on-site learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project planning and set-up execution milestones.
• Ensure quality of workmanship on-site.
• Manage on-site carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients throughout the execution process and maintain best-in-class customer experience.
• Organize all materials procured before execution.
• Keep records of on-site material inventory and delivery challan (invoices).
• Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Besides a keen sense of detail and a tinge of OCD, we want you to

Prepare project planning and set-up execution milestones.

Ensure quality of the workmanship on-site.

Manage on-site carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other stake holders of the project.

Liaise with the clients throughout the execution process. Maintain the best.customer experience that our brand promises them.

Organize all the materials that are procured before the execution process.

Keep records of on-site material inventory and delivery challan (Invoices).

Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven work experience. If you are fresher with a strong will to learn and work, we make sure that you get a chance to prove your worth!
  

Diploma in Interiors \ B.Tech in Civil Engineering \ On-site learning.
