Job summary

Cowberry Industries is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the Internal Control System (ICS) for organic farming projects and coordinate with farmers at the field level.

The role involves managing ICS documentation, coordinating with farmers for organic certification compliance, conducting meetings and field visits, and ensuring adherence to organic standards across farming activities.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in organic farming or organic projects.
• Experience in ICS management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICS documentation and records.
• Coordinate with farmers for organic certification compliance.
• Conduct farmer meetings, trainings, and field visits.
• Monitor organic farming practices as per standards.
• Support farmer verification, inspection, and data collection.
• Procurement of organic crops from ICS farmers and coordination for aggregation.
