Ideal candidates hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience in railway projects, and possess strong communication with customers, consultants and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in project execution, preferably railway projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop effective project plans per contract and specs.
• Handle day-to-day communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop time schedules and budgets to meet specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and suppliers for progress and material sourcing.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Contract Management, Finance and site teams.
• Renew BG, insurance, labour license.
• Participate in project review meetings with customers.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and workforce to meet targets.
• Follow up with PMC for technical issue clarifications.
• Manpower management and understanding of critical path and progress tracking.

Key Result Areas

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and develop effective and proficient project plans for the project as per contract and specification.
2. Day-to-day office correspondences and communications with customers, PMC and other stakeholders.
3. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
4. Coordinating with the consultants & clients for the project progress and with the suppliers for the timely material arrangement.
5. Co-ordination with Engineering, Purchase, Contract Management team, Finance team, site team.
6. Renewal of BG, insurance labour license
7. Participation in project review meetings with the customers.
8. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and workforce to meet project targets.
9. Follow up with PMC in case of any technical issues clarification
10. Manpower management
11. Understanding of Critical Path and resource loaded scheduling processes, physical progress tracking etc
