Job summary

ID Fresh Group in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive - Projects & Engineering to plan, execute and manage plant projects and engineering activities, ensuring timely completion, cost control, safety, and quality.

Initially the incumbent will work from Mumbai for 6–12 months on a project, then move to Bangalore as the base location. Travel to other cities for 3–6 months will be required, and the role demands strong AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering required.
• 1–3 years of project experience; willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to develop tools and refine processes to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of machines to ensure projects are completed within allocated cost and timelines.
• Regularly evaluate project progress and quality, address deviations, and manage the issue resolution process to implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, both verbal and written, ensuring alignment on project objectives and updates.
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy, including AutoCAD and MS Office Tools with a willingness and ability to advance technical knowledge as needed.

Job description

To plan, execute, and manage plant projects and engineering activities, ensuring timely completion, cost control, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards while supporting smooth plant operations and capacity enhancement.

Initially the incumbent will work from Mumbai location for 6-12 months on a project. Then will move to Bangalore (role’s base location). The person will be required to travel for project related work to other cities in India for 3-6 months. This role involves travel for projects.
