Job summary

Howell is seeking a Project Manager for ELV systems to lead project execution with a focus on quality, delivery and value. The role involves resource planning, risk assessment and ensuring adherence to drawings and documentation across multiple sites.

The candidate should have 4+ years on ELV projects, excellent communication in English/Hindi, and be ready for long travel and client-site postings. Prior experience with IBMS and building automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BE/B.Tech in Electronics/ E&C/ Computers, BSC-IT/BSC-Electronics/Dip.
• Excellent communication skills & good command of English/Hindi.
• 4+ years of experience in handling ELV Projects.
• Proven track record of Project Handover.
• Team member & team builder.
• Multi-site handling capability.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Male / Un-married candidates preferred.
• Willingness for long travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects ensuring quality, delivery and value for money.
• Plan resources and manpower for projects.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Ensure project aims are met and quality standards maintained.
• Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are followed.
• Prepare and oversee weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Travel to client/project sites for long durations as needed.
• Develop full-scale project plans and oversee handover.
• Ensure engineering drawings, schematics and docs are accurate.

About The Job:

1. 1. Overall leadership and execution of the Project and order execution in terms of Quality, Delivery and value for the price paid by the customer.
2. 2. Resource Planning by way of manpower. organizing the various professional people working on a project

4. 4. Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
