Job summary

nCircle Tech Private Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to join a project team handling technical and engineering aspects throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate daily between internal and client teams, ensuring accuracy, resource optimization and quality from start to finish.

The role requires 3-5+ years construction experience, proficiency with drawings and specifications, and strong communication. Training and collaboration across services are expected.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project management activities, change orders and submittals.
• Familiarize with services related to project engineering verticals and standards.
• Coordinate with client project managers during daily meetings and provide task updates.
• Understand industry construction practices in Indian and foreign markets.
• Support initial estimating efforts for new projects (hours and resources).
• Maintain relationships with counterparts and ensure quality standards.
• Develop and lead training sessions for team and trade partners.
• Take ownership of document management applications.

Job Description

Project Engineer will join a project team tasked with the responsibility for all technical and engineering

aspects of project. The Project engineer will participate in daily coordination between internal and

teams. The Project Engineer will be responsible for all technical tasks to ensure accuracy, resource

optimization, and quality for the lifecycle of the project.

Responsibilities

• Participate/be involved in all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks.
• Undergo training & be familiar with all services related to project engineering verticals to perform tasks per highest standards required as team members.
• Participate in coordination & communication with the client project managers during the daily project meetings & provide updates on their assigned tasks.
• Have a thorough understanding of industry construction practices and how facilities are designed & built in Indian & foreign markets.

Basic Qualifications

• related discipline or relevant work experience
• 3-5+ years construction experience required; working for reputed construction/engineering firms preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of change order and submittals management, and general project administration.
• Demonstrated ability reading drawings and specifications.
• Computer proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
• Preferred – Bluebeam/On-screen takeoffs/estimation software experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
