Job summary

Westwood Floorings is seeking a project engineer to join its site execution team in Kerala. You will be part of a professional group responsible for planning and managing multiple job sites for the company.

Your role includes coordinating with clients and architects, inspecting sites, preparing inspection reports, and assisting in planning and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or project management is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and CAD exposure.
• Valid two-wheeler license required.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and architects.

Role & responsibilities

As a project engineer, you will be a member of a team of professionals who will be responsible in planning and managing various job sites of the company. The main responsibilities includes:

• Co-ordinating with clients and architects/project engineers on the execution of our projects
• Inspecting job sites and assessing site conditions and preparing job site inspection reports for clients.
• Assisting the team to plan the execution of the project and also in allocating resources for the job

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be a male, with basic experience in civil construction or project management.

• Good computer knowledge is required,
• Good communication skills ( both verbal and written ) is required
• Should be a team player with special emphasis on co-ordination.
• Two Wheeler license is required.
• CAD exposure is required
