Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Project Engineer-EES to plan, coordinate, and support engineering projects on-site at customer locations. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing requirements and drawings, and ensuring compliance with codes. Strong communication in English or Hindi is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• ITI / NCTVT in HVAC with minimum 7-8 years hands on experience in project execution.
• Experience in project engineering, project coordination, or technical project delivery.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management practices, and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant engineering or project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.

• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety policies, and quality requirements.
• Identify project issues and help develop corrective actions.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers as needed.
• To supervise and control ON SITE activities on daily basis.
• Co ordination with Customer Engineering Team/PMC/HVAC or MEP consultant/Suppliers and Contractors.
• Should have good communication skill read/write and spoken English or Hindi
