Job summary

SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT in Vadodara seeks a Project Engineer with strong domain experience in oil and gas. The role involves planning and monitoring multiple projects, delivering within timelines, and leading cross-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should have FEED/DE projects exposure, and proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Outlook. 5+ years of project engineering experience in oil and gas is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project engineering experience in oil and gas (as per ad).
• Experience with FEED and DE projects, workflows and deliverables.
• Strong planning, monitoring and reporting to Project Manager.
• Ability to manage multiple small/medium projects and scale up.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control projects and report to the Project Manager.
• Ensure delivery of project deliverables within scheduled man-hours and timelines.
• Review and comment on deliverables produced by other engineers.
• Participate in planning, monitoring, controlling and evaluation of 6–10 projects initially.
• Utilize MS Project, MS Office, Outlook and related software applications.
• Maintain broad understanding of engineering disciplines and project procedures.
• Understand contract administration, business principles and legal aspects.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills.

• Should have worked as a Project Engineer for minimum 5 (experience range 5-10)
• Must have oil and gas background.
• Must have experience with FEED, DE projects, workflows, and deliverables.

• Shall ensure delivery of project deliverables within the scheduled man-hours and meet the timelines.
• Shall be capable of reviewing and commenting on project deliverables produced by various discipline engineers.
• Shall participate in Planning, Monitoring, Controlling & Evaluation of around simultaneous 6- 10 small & medium sized projects initially & gradually graduating to managing large projects.
• Effective computer skills; MS Project, Microsoft Office Software, Microsoft Outlook, and other Company and discipline specific software applications
• Possess a broad understanding of each engineering disciplines and project procedures.
• Possesses a general understanding of contract administration, business principals and business law.
