Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks an experienced professional to lead product development projects from concept to production. You will deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, driving optimization and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with global teams, customers, and stakeholders, support production readiness and launches in Europe, and manage documentation while ensuring quality and safety compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7–10 years in product development or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production and manage budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration across international teams.
