Job summary

Pacific Fire Controls Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi, India, is hiring a site installation professional to support the execution of fire-rated door projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate site measurements for doors and frames.
• Check openings, wall thickness, floor levels and site readiness.

• Coordinate with civil teams, interior teams, PMs and clients.
• Manage installation labour, subcontractors, tools and daily site activities.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the office for clarifications.
• Monitor installation quality, progress and completion timelines.
• Prepare daily site reports, measurement sheets, installation records.
• Ensure installation follows approved drawings and manufacturer instructions.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate site measurements for fire-rated doors and frames before installation.
• Check door openings, wall thickness, finished floor levels and site readiness.
• Read and interpret basic architectural drawings, door schedules and installation details.
• Supervise the installation, alignment, levelling and fixing of fire-rated doors and frames.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, interior teams, project managers and clients.
• Manage installation labour, subcontractors, tools and daily site activities.
• Identify site discrepancies and coordinate with the office for necessary clarifications.
• Monitor installation quality, workmanship, progress and completion timelines.
• Prepare daily site reports, measurement sheets, installation records and snag lists.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, manufacturer instructions and applicable project requirements.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in site execution or installation of doors, door frames, aluminium/metal doors, wooden doors, faade, modular interiors or similar building products.
• Practical knowledge of site measurements, levelling, alignment, drilling, fixing and installation procedures.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and understand dimensions.
• Experience in handling site labour and coordinating with contractors.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
