JOB DESCRIPTION

Education Qualification: Btech Electrical

Experience: 3-5 years experience

Designation: Maintenance Engineer

CTC - 3LPA To 5.5 LPA ( On roll)

Location- Nagpur

Responsibilities

• Electrical work execution & maintenance work, facility management, EHS.
• The candidate should have experience in Mall Management.
• Supervise the MCC panel installation, pre-commissioning checks, I/O testing and commissioning of Plant and Machinery, in terms of ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost and Timelines adherence.
• Liaising with on-site vendors, contractors and casual manpower and ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
• Execute the site installation and commissioning activities by coordinating with System Integrator and ECW contractor. Monitor day to day activities and maintain project progress.
• Maintaining a record of all Punch point / Snag points given by Project manager, package managers, site engineers and self, and ensuring closure of the same by liaising with ECW contractor.
• Completion of electrical installation with compliance to Electrical safety and EHS guidelines before charging Electrical Panels.

Personal profiling:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills within & external stake holders like vendors, govt.officials etc.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering & EHS.
• Knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD, SAP, etc
• Eye for detailing. Ability to schedule and break the activities on ground into effective and achievable timelines
• Good Planning Skills. Must have the ability to schedule and break the project activities into effective and achievable timelines.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• High motivation levels & ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to accept & bring change.
