Wayzim Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering skilled professional to lead site surveys, review construction drawings, and verify materials for overseas projects.

This role ensures documentation aligns with project requirements and standards. You will guide third-party teams during mechanical installations and electrical debugging, while maintaining delivery quality and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Valid electrician license with >2 years experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Interpreting electrical schematics and operating test instruments.
• Familiar with PLC programming (Siemens S7-1200/1500).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexible team player with good time management and safety awareness.
• English as working language and willingness for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, drawings reviews, and material verification for overseas projects and establish standard technical documentation.
• Monitor and guide third-party installation teams in mechanical installation and electrical joint debugging to meet delivery standards.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams with regular progress updates.
• Deliver operation and maintenance training to clients and provide on-site production support and after-sales service as needed.
• Strengthen on-site client relationships to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Handle other tasks assigned and support maintenance/upgrades to ensure long-term operation.

Job description

1.Conduct site surveys, construction drawing reviews, and material verification/management for overseas projects, and establish standardized technical documentation in compliance with project requirements.

2.Responsible for monitoring and guiding third-party installation teams in the mechanical installation of equipment, completing the installation, parameter optimization, and joint debugging of electrical systems to ensure compliance with delivery standards. Also supports project management work to guarantee the project is accepted on time and meets quality requirements.

3.Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams. Conduct regular communications on project progress and service updates to ensure information transparency.

4.Deliver product operation and maintenance training to clients. Provide on-site production support as needed,and perform after-sales service work such as equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, hotline response and technical guidance in accordance with contract requirements.

5.Strengthen on-site client relationships to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

6.Timely handle and accurately execute other work tasks assigned by departments and superiors.Operation and Maintenance Support: Responsible for the maintenance, upgrade, and fault troubleshooting of electrical systems in the later stage of the project to ensure long-term stable operation.

Job Requirements:

1.Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.

2.Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance type is preferred) with more than 2 years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.

3.Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500).

4.Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset,ability to optimize workflows proactively.

5.Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations.

6.English proficiency as a working language, readiness for international business travel, and familiar with cross-cultural communication skills.
