Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in project management activities, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks.
• Coordinate regularly with U.S.-based project managers and project teams.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Support technical coordination and problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work on 2D overlays, submittals, change orders, estimation, and project documentation.
• Assist project managers with initial project estimating, including required hours and resources.
• Coordinate effectively between India-based and U.S.-based teams.
• Maintain project quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Support training and knowledge‑sharing sessions for team members and trade partners.
• Manage project documents and maintain accurate project records.
• Develop a strong understanding of construction practices and project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project engineering and VDC processes.

This role goes beyond traditional CAD/Revit modelling. You will be involved inproject engineering, technical coordination, construction documentation, submittals, change orders, estimation, quality control, and project administration, contributing directly to real-world construction projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong ability to read and interpretconstruction drawings and specifications.

• Understanding of construction coordination and documentation.
• Experience in estimation and/or quantity takeoffs.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and Google Workspace.
