Job summary

Angel and Genie in Bangalore HQ is seeking a Senior Security Systems Project Lead to oversee CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA installations across South India. You will plan, supervise and deliver projects to meet timelines and quality standards.

Requirements include 8–10 years’ total experience, at least 5 years in safety & security, strong knowledge of security systems, and excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Total experience of 8 to 10 years.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Safety & Security role.
• Good working knowledge of Security Systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in working with projects and managing teams.
• Knowledge of IP Systems/Networking is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead new security implementations with planning and timely closure.
• Oversee maintenance, installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, boom barriers, etc.
• Follow drawings and codes of practice for system installations.
• Provide high-quality commissioning and handover documentation.
• Maintain safe work environment and perform risk assessments.
• Train clients and demonstrate system operation.

Job description

Based at Bangalore HQ, you would be responsible for undertaking/overseeing the following across South India:

1. New implementations – Preparing the plan and ensuring closures within the stipulated project timelines.
2. Pre-planned and reactive maintenance works encompassing either CCTV, Access control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address systems, Boom barriers, etc. Will take responsibility for all assigned projects from commencement to completion. All projects would be completed in a manner that exceeds customers’ expectations and ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
3. Responsible for Installation, servicing/maintenance, testing, commissioning CCTV, Access control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address systems, Boom barriers, etc. or related equipment.
4. Follow schematic drawings and building plans in accordance with relevant Codes of Practice/Policies.
5. Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.
6. Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation and as-built drawings.
7. Always maintaining a safe work environment and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures, etc.
8. Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems' working and functionality.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
