Job summary

Vertoz is seeking an organized and proactive administrator in Navi Mumbai to coordinate projects and support senior management. You will manage timelines, prepare presentations, and ensure cross-functional alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in a software/tech environment, strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace proficiency, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• BBA and/or MBA is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a software/technology company is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience supporting senior management/CXO-level executives.
• Experience in a software, SaaS, IT, or technology company.
