Job summary

Paxcom, part of Paymentus, is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator / Implementation Engineer to drive IT project delivery. You will coordinate end-to-end activities, plan, schedule, and report progress while engaging with clients and internal teams to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has a technical IT background, strong communication, and experience with project management tools like Smartsheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence. This role is based in Mohali, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate, preferably in Science stream or MCA.
• Additional qualifications or certifications in Project Management or Implementation are preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of the IT domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an external-facing role.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing and implementing IT projects. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end project implementation activities.

Assist in planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Work directly with clients and partners to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
