• Manage with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce.com CRM, Zoho, or Force .com Development
• Guide and drive the project team(s)
• Interact with the clients as a Single Point of Contact
• Understand client requirements and perform business analysis
• Identify project risks and take corrective actions
• Manage project quality
• Meet delivery timelines and effort estimates
• Develop and groom the team members

Requirements

• The Ideal Candidate will be
• 4 or more years of experience with at least 2 years in project management in a small to midsize organization. Proven track record as a project leader
• Project management, training, and/or certification will be an added advantage
• Must have handled NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Zoho, Force.com, Python, Java or PHP projects as a leader
• Good project management skills
• Expertise in project tools such as JIRA; familiarity with other project management tools is required
• Understanding of business processes and business analysis techniques
• Exposure to cloud technologies is required
• Should be ready to work for a few hours in the client time zone
• Good communication skills
