Responsibilities

• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).
• Identifying and resolving obstacles to completing projects on time and to budget.
• Managing multiple, interrelated projects, including business transformation projects.
• Integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.

Qualifications

Positions on this level are fully proficient in executing established standards. They work independently within set frames and follow set courses. Candidates have a knowledge base typically acquired from a professional or university degree and approximately 1–2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area. They develop their own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant and appropriate solutions. They are expected to continuously improve day‑to‑day activities and processes, and may serve as formal team leaders of more junior co‑workers, setting day‑to‑day operational objectives.
