Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager for implementation of project activities at field level and coordination with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of Hans Wellness Centre across Delhi NCR.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing project activities and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Support in identifying schools for the project in Delhi NCR.
  • Track project activities through online portal and other mechanisms.
  • Prepare MIS reports, narrative reports, field observation and visit reports, and collection of case studies and photographs.
  • Liaise with Education Departments, Schools and other line departments in Delhi NCR to ensure support and involvement.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and provide supervision to teams.

Project: Hans Skill Centre

THF - Skiil Centre has been conceptualized with a focus on Empowering and training underprivileged youth in various technical skills and to make them ready for jobs/self-employment.

The initiative aim to its ambitious program of 20 Swasthya cities for providing doorsteps services to urban based EWS population in metros and mini metros in the thematic areas of Health, Education, Skilling and Disability for holistic development and creating equitable society.

Skilling of urban youth is extremely essential element of developing healthy and prosperous society. THF as a part of its endeavour in contributing towards nation building has taken up progressive initiative in training youth in multi skilling covering Pan India with focus on 20 Swasthya Cities.

1. Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the successful implementation of programmatic activities and will report to the Project Manager (Hans Wellness Centre)

2. Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager for implementation of the project activities at the field level and coordination with other external stakeholders at the project area level.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of Hans Wellness Centre across Delhi NCR.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing project activities and ensuring effective implementation of all the project activities.
  • Support the Project Manager in identifying schools for the project in Delhi NCR
  • Responsible for tracking project activities through online portal and other mechanism.
  • Prepare all reports and documentation related to the project, such as MIS reports, narrative reports, field observation and visit reports, and collection and compilation of case studies and photographs.
  • Support in Liaison with Education Departments, Schools, and other line departments in Delhi NCR, ensuring their support and involvement in the project activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the project progress and provide supportive supervision to the teams as and when required.
  • Extend support in the preparation, reviewing, and organizing of administrative documents such as work approvals, payment notes, stock register, etc.
  • Extend support in the planning and execution of school-centric events, team workshops, etc.
  • Other tasks which may be assigned by the Project Manager from time to time to meet project objectives.

4. Other Indicative Requirements
Educational Qualifications

Master s/ Bachelors degree in social sciences/ any relevant field

Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other Requirements

3-5 years of experience in public health programs with good project coordination and implementation skills. Candidates who have graduated from the full-time Fellowship programs (Social Sector) may be preferred.

Good communication and documentation in English and Hindi

Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

Leadership and team management skills

Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas
