Job summary

SJK Industries in Hyderabad is seeking a Project Coordinator for Infrastructure Projects with 1-3 years of experience.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, site teams and office staff, maintaining trackers and reports, and following up with vendors for quotations, materials and pending activities. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project/site locations whenever required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Leads, site teams and office teams for day-to-day project activities.
• Maintain project trackers, work status, reports and documentation.
• Follow up with vendors, suppliers and site teams for quotations, materials and pending activities.
• Coordinate material requirements, dispatch and delivery updates.
• Prepare daily and weekly project status reports.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Purchase and Operations teams.
• Maintain project-related documents, records and official emails.
• Support project execution, coordination and reporting activities.
• Assist management in monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
