Responsibilities

• Maintain beneficiary records, reports and field notes.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and coordinate stakeholder meetings.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR RAMANAGAR / CHANNAPATNA:

Position: Project Coordinator (1)

Location: Ramanagar/ Channapatna

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Rural Management, Development Studies, Education, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, community mobilization, livelihood, skill development, or rural development.
• Proven track record in community mobilization and field-level project implementation
• Experience working with Gram Panchayats, government departments, SHGs, NGOs, and rural communities.
• Good documentation, reporting, MIS, and MS Office skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel extensively for mobilization and field activities.
• Language Proficiency: Kannada (Mandatory), English, and Hindi.
• Should be stationed at Ramanagara or Channapatna.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities in Ramanagara and Channapatna.
• Coordinate with and monitor Master Trainers and training activities.
• Identify and coordinate with local guest experts for Beautician, food processing, and other skill-based courses.
• Undertake extensive beneficiary mobilization, particularly among rural women and communities.
• Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, government departments, SHGs, NGOs, and other local stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor training, attendance, beneficiary participation, and project progress.
• Support beneficiaries with post-training handholding, government scheme and market linkages.
• Maintain MIS, beneficiary records, documentation, photographs, case studies, and reports.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and field reports.
• Organize awareness programmes, workshops, training activities, and stakeholder meetings.
• Follow up on field-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the project team in achieving mobilization, training, and enterprise-development targets.

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis.

Maximum Salary: Rs. 45,000 CTC.
