• Liaise with stakeholders and government departments for smooth execution.
• Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, fairs, and review meetings.
• Monitor data collection, analysis, and evaluation.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with guidelines and timelines.
• Participate in meetings and reviews with EDII HO / South Regional Office Bangalore.
• Any other work assigned by the Office.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF PROGRAM MANAGER FOR BENGALURU:

Position: Program Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification and Experience:

• MBA/Masters Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/Economics/Development Studies or related disciplines.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Microenterprise / Entrepreneurship Development / Self Employment / Livelihood / Women’s related schemes and projects.
• Experience in project implementation, team coordination, stakeholder management, and a field operation is preferred.
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Kannada.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Team Lead / Project Head in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities across the assigned locations.
• Coordinate with field teams for effective implementation of entrepreneurship and livelihood development activities.
• Monitor daily project activities and ensure timely completion of targets and deliverables.
• Prepare periodic reports, documentation, MIS, case studies, and presentations related to project activities.
• Conduct field visits to monitor progress, identify gaps, and provide necessary guidance to the project teams.
• Assist in developing work plans, activity schedules, budget tracking, and implementation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders, government departments, institutions, community organizations, and beneficiaries for smooth execution of the project.
• Support in organizing training programs, workshops, exposure visits, fairs, exhibitions, and review meetings.
• Monitor data collection, data analysis, and evaluation related to the project activities.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with project guidelines and reporting timelines.
• Participate in meetings and review discussions conducted by EDII HO / South Regional Office Bangalore / Sponsors.
• Any other work/activity assigned by the Office from time to time.

Terms of Engagement: On Contract Basis.

Maximum Remuneration: Up to Rs.60,000/- CTC per month.
