• Introduce trainees to innovative, commercially viable, and market-oriented products.
• Demonstrate food processing techniques, hygiene, food safety, quality control, packaging, storage, shelf life, costing, and pricing.
• Plan and manage day-to-day Centre activities, including training schedules, equipment, raw materials, and Centre resources.
• Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of food processing equipment and training facilities.
• Independent management and operation of a training centre.

Position: Master Trainer cum Centre Manager (Food Processing) (2)

Location: Srinivaspura (Kolar District), Channapatna (Bangalore South District)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Food Technology, Food Processing, Home Science, or related disciplines from recognized institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Practical experience in food processing and value-added food products is essential.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of local and traditional food products, including pickles, jams, bakery products, snacks, and other locally relevant products.
• Practical knowledge of millet-based food processing and value-added millet products.
• Ability to develop innovative and market-oriented food products based on local demand and market trends.
• Experience in training women/youth and supporting small food-based enterprises will be preferred.
• Ability to independently manage and operate a training centre.
