Worley is seeking a Project Control Specialist II to join our team in Mumbai, India. You will work on multi-discipline EPC/EPCM projects, leveraging Primavera, MS Project and Power BI to drive planning, scheduling and earned value performance.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of project control experience, with strong client-facing and analytical skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset within the mining, metal, minerals or oil & gas sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience as a Project Controller on multi-discipline, complex projects.
• Strong planning/scheduling knowledge and ability to manage interdependencies.
• Experience with EPC/LSTK/PMC/EPCM project environments.
• Good understanding of cost control, CBS, cash flow and earned value management.

Responsabilités

• Act as domain expert in engineering/construction project controls and interdependencies across project phases.
• Maintain progress measurement, S-curve forecasting and resource planning.
• Support risk analysis, PRA, and schedule optimization.
• Collaborate with mining, metal, minerals or O&G domain teams as applicable.

As a Project Control Specialist II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• Domain Expert / Specialist in the field of Engineering or in Construction - handling EPC / LSTK / PMC / EPCM project. Having overall knowledge of interdependencies between project phases.
• Good understanding of Engineering & Procurement workflow Process, Execution sequences, inter-relations of Activities, activity durations, WBS.
• Good understanding of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Codes, Cash Flow is added advantage
• Good understanding of Progress Measurement Norms, progress measurement trend Curves (S-Curve) & forecasting by earned value method (EVM), Resource Planning, Productivity.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Worked as a Project Controller within 8 - 12 Years’ experience on multi-discipline complex projects in a reputed consulting / EPC company.
• Hands on experience & sound knowledge of using Planning/Scheduling Tools is MUST (Primavera , MS Project), Microsoft Office applications & Techniques, Power BI (Proficient). Good working knowledge in Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) is added advantage.
• Working experience in Mining, Metal and Minerals (is preferred), Oil & Gas Industry.
• Preferred working knowledge in ECOsys or any other inhouse progress measurement tools.
