Graduate engineers with 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Control department of a consultancy organization and/or technical services department of a Metal / Mineral / Chemical Processing plant
Domain Expert / Specialist in the field of Engineering or in Construction - handling EPC / LSTK / PMC / EPCMproject. Having overall knowledge of interdependencies betweenprojectphases.
Good understanding of Workflow Process, Execution sequences, inter-relations of Activities, activity durations, WBS. Good understanding of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Codes, Cash Flow is added advantage.
Hands on experience & sound knowledge of usingPlanning/Scheduling Tools likePrimavera, MS Project (is MUST),Microsoft Office applications & Techniques.
Good understanding of Progress Measurement Norms, progress measurement trend Curves (S-Curve) & forecasting by earned value method (EVM), Resource Planning, Productivity.
Working experience in Mining, Metal and Minerals (is MUST), Oil & Gas Industry.
Preferred working knowledge in ECOsys or any other inhouse progress measurement tools.
