Job summary

WE Excel Software is seeking a meticulous Project Auditor to join our PMO team in Mohali. The role focuses on reviewing project processes, documentation, timelines, risks, and compliance with defined standards, while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to drive improvement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project management, PMO, or governance, with a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum practices, risk management, and proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.

About the Role

WE Excel is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Auditor with 2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, Agile methodologies, or project governance. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing project processes, documentation, deliverables, timelines, risks, and compliance against defined project standards. The role involves working closely with Project Managers, business teams, and other stakeholders to identify gaps, ensure process adherence, and support continuous improvement.
