Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of financial reports and sub-grantee/contract reports and deliverables.
• Ensure adequate material and human resources for the project.
• Assist in providing inputs to written products such as progress reports and research briefs.

Project Description

Using an RCT design, this study aims to enhance the effectiveness of Community Health Workers (ASHAs in India) through a mission-engagement intervention. The project comprises the following components:

1. Pilot phase testing surveys and workshops September 2024
2. Baseline surveys for ASHAs and households - October-November 2024
3. Workshop intervention period - December-March 2024
4. Endline surveys - March-April 2025
5. Follow up surveys, data analysis and preparation of relevant research outputs May-September 2025

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned administrative requirements of the projects, including financial management, budgeting, procurement, contract set-up and compliance, grant reporting, deliverable tracking, etc.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of financial reports and projections, and sub-grantee/contract reports and deliverables in the portfolio to keep projects running smoothly.
• Ensure that the project has sufficient material and human resources.
• Assist in providing draft inputs to written products like, progress reports, research reports, briefings and other key documents.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors/master s degree in commerce/management/economics or any other related disciplines.
• Proven management and organizational skills.
• Some relevant experience in similar roles (through internships/other jobs)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
