Peepul, a mission-driven non-profit focused on transforming India's public education system, seeks a Senior Project Associate. The role centers on developing educational content, coordinating with government partners, and leading capacity-building initiatives for teachers across Madhya Pradesh.
You will work with a 200+ member team, leveraging pedagogy expertise to design, implement, and monitor high-quality projects aimed at improving learning outcomes in state schools.

Peepul has been partnering with the School Education Department, Govt of Madhya Pradesh, for multiple years now. Working closely with the state bureaucratic leadership, Peepul has played a meaningful role in strengthening the education system of the state. Additionally, Peepul is also supporting the State in the implementation of the PM SHRI schools programme. The PM SHRI Programme is a five-year initiative started by the Ministry of Education that envisions to develop 14500 exemplar schools in the nation to meet the demands of the 21st century. It aims to qualitatively strengthen the schools to showcase the various aspects of the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020.
In the first two phases of the programme, 553 schools have been identified in the State of Madhya Pradesh, to be developed as PM SHRI schools. Peepul is supporting the design and implementation of academic interventions under the programme.

They will combine educational expertise, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder management to design, implement, and monitor high-quality projects aimed at improving education in the state.
