Job summary

Jabil is seeking an SAP RICEF Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP-based solutions within SAP, including modules and enhancements. The role emphasizes governance, compliance with policies, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of SAP RICEF experience, strong ABAP skills including OO ABAP, and familiarity with IDOC, BAPI, and SAP scripting. Bachelor’s degree in CS or MIS is preferred.

• Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP RICEF development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and rollout of new functionality.
• Development needs to be done using established best practices and governance protocols.
• Carry out effective black box and unit testing for developed artifacts.
• Participate and support functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure project communication is effective with all parties.
• Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Health, Safety and Quality).
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Jabil or customer specific.

Individual will be involved in the development, support, coding, testing, debugging, documenting business applications programs within SAP.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• To maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to the IT systems.
• Understand and embrace the business and IT strategic direction.
• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
• Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP RICEF development.
