Job summary

Haleon, a global consumer health company, is seeking a Programme Manager (Transformation) to lead the HR PMO and drive people-centric transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with People Solutions, Digital & Technology and HR leaders to translate strategy into executable plans, ensure governance and delivery discipline, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve the employee experience.

About The Role
