This is a new role to be recruited via GEC Chennai, with a required start before 25 September 2026. The role provides the data and analytics engine behind the Enterprise AI value story, owning Viva Insights configuration and customisation, adoption tracking across all seven tenants, and the Power BI and data-modelling layer that Viva Insights does not provide natively. This capability is currently provided by EY and will leave with them, making this a critical in-house role for continuity, measurement and executive reporting. The role is funded within the pre-approved AI CoE staffing budget.
Direct Viva Insights experience; Workday data experience; prior involvement in a Copilot or Microsoft 365 rollout; prior WPP or holding-company experience.
Five or more years in data analytics, business intelligence or programme measurement in a multinational environment. Strong Power BI capability, able to build, model and maintain reporting solutions rather than simply consume dashboards. Demonstrable data modelling skill, with confidence integrating multiple sources into one reporting view. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Microsoft 365 administrative or reporting data. Excellent written English and reliable working overlap with London hours. Delivery mindset: this is a data role with delivery responsibility, not a programme office role that also produces reports.
