Job summary

TalentVue Solutions Pvt Ltd invites applications for a Plant HR role based in Noida with travel across North India. You will manage attendance, stipends, and on-the-job training while addressing absences and ensuring program integrity on-site.

You will align HR and finance on MSDE/BOAT metrics and report in clear language to the client’s Plant HR leadership. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in Indian skilling, staffing, or Plant HR, and are fluent in Hindi and English, comfortable on

• Lived experience of Indian skilling, staffing, or Plant HR.
• Fluency in Hindi and English for shop floor and conference rooms.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across North India.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly files: attendance, stipend, OJT, and handle absconding cases.
• Brief trainers and assessors against grounded machinery or tickets.
• Maintain MSDE/BOAT compliance so finance and HR align on numbers.
• Report to the client in language suitable for a Plant HR head.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly file: attendance, stipend, OJT, and the awkward conversation when someone absconds.
• Brief trainers and assessors against the actual machine or ticket, not a generic curriculum pack.
• Keep MSDE / BOAT hygiene honest so finance and HR are looking at the same numbers.
• Report to the client in language a Plant HR head will read.

Requirements

• Lived experience of Indian skilling, staffing, or Plant HR — not only an LMS admin login.
• Comfortable in Hindi and English, on a shop floor and in a conference room.
• Willing to travel to client sites across North India.
