Job summary

Hlfppt in India is seeking a Program Lead to oversee design and implementation of health program interventions. The role involves developing strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring activities align with project goals.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in public health or related field with 8–10 years of experience and be able to coordinate with SR/SSR and state officials. Reporting to Head of Operations and travel for capacity-building may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, healthcare management, social sciences, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Key person to coordinate with SR/SSR and state level stakeholders.

• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as required.

Objective of the position:

To provide technical assistance and supportive supervision as per project implementation plan, review the program activities on regular basis, compile and submission of reports. To closely work with SR and SSR. Program Lead would report to Head of Operations.

Purpose of Visit for HIV:

Programmatic Review/Stakeholder's Meeting/Meeting with State & District Health officials/Capacity Building and Supportive Supervision to SR & Field team.
