Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Agile Project Management within Technology for Operations. You will partner with Sales, Offering and Delivery teams to drive mobilization governance for BPS projects, supporting the North America market with appropriate shift patterns to meet client needs.

Role requires coordinating dependencies, maintaining master plans, tracking client signoffs, and managing cross-technology activities. BTech background and extensive experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client Tech Lead to align Accenture and client workplans for dependencies and milestones.
• Oversee the overall implementation and own the master project plan.
• Coordinate with client Tech Lead to gain and track client signoffs for technology projects deliverables.
• Schedule and run regular overall project status meetings and RAID log reviews.
• Manage technology risk and issue resolution; stabilize hypercare activities with client stakeholders.
• Handle client escalations and inform stakeholders of progress.
• Interact with client tech and business resources to execute joint activities.
• Coordinate internal cross-technology activities related to the project.
• Manage PMs and leads for each technology component; sign off on deployment readiness.

"You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The TSS Technology Mobilization Lead role is responsible for technology mobilization governance of Business Process Services mobilization projects This role is to support our North America market and will require shift pattern to support US and or Canada clients. An iterative, incremental method of managing the design and build activities of engineering, information technology and other business areas that aim to provide new product or service development in a highly flexible and interactive manner. It requires individuals and interactions from the relevant business to respond to change, customer collaboration, and management openness to non-hierarchical forms of leadership."

Sign off on Deployment Readiness Manage Final Go No-Go Decision Manage defect and Change Request escalations Review and approve the selected solution or action proposal from RCA May participate in regular periodic status calls with account leadership and Steering Committee Responsible for overall technology financials, including providing appropriate financial inputs into Accenture financial management systems Responsible to submit overall project status updates into MyWizard. Manages the creation and estimate for technology CRs. May also be involved in the CR process definition with the client and account leadership"
